ClearBuild helps you decide where and how to open. Your goal comes first, and every answer should be something you can check.
What we hold ourselves to
- We start from published sources: government data, franchise disclosure documents and market reports.
- Every number shows where it came from and how current it is.
- We check important figures against more than one source when we can.
- We keep facts separate from our own estimates, and label which is which.
- When we don't know something, we say so instead of guessing.
- When sources disagree, we show you rather than picking one quietly.
- We get better as real projects open and tell us how things went.
Questions we may ask you
Sometimes a quick question from us can sharpen your results. You decide whether your answers also help improve ClearBuild for everyone, without your name attached.
What we don't claim
ClearBuild doesn't know everything, and it doesn't replace your franchisor, lender, landlord, architect or attorney. It gets more useful by being clear about what it knows, what it doesn't, and what to check next.
