ClearBuild User Agreement
Principle: A rising tide raises all boats.
ClearBuild is a research and planning tool for choosing locations and opening franchise and commercial businesses. Our first job is to help you reach your goal. We also improve ClearBuild over time, lawfully, openly and only with your permission.
Your information
You retain ownership of information you submit, subject to the limited rights necessary to operate the service. ClearBuild may store, process, transform, analyze and secure information as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, improve functionality and create eligible aggregate intelligence where you have separately allowed it.
Sources and AI
ClearBuild labels what is confirmed, what is an estimate and what is still unknown, and shows where sources disagree. Some results are AI-assisted, and AI can be wrong. ClearBuild does not guarantee a site, project, permit, financing result, profitability, construction schedule or other business outcome. Consequential decisions may require independent professional verification.
Helping improve ClearBuild
Letting your results help improve ClearBuild, without your name attached, is a separate choice. You can use ClearBuild without it. ClearBuild learns with you, never secretly from you.
My Day (Plate, Wallet, Decide and prices)
My Day is a personal log and a comparison aid. It is not medical, nutrition or financial advice. Prices and nutrition shown come from public brand sources or from other members, can differ by location and change without notice, and may be wrong; check at the shop. Member-reported prices appear only in combined form. ClearBuild does not accept payment for placement, and brands cannot change how results are ordered. Please report only prices you actually paid.
Community conduct
The ClearBuild Community is for honest, civil talk about brands and places. Harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, spam, private details about others and unlawful content are not allowed and may be removed, and accounts that post them may be removed. Members can report any post or reply and can block other members. ClearBuild reviews reports promptly and removes content that breaks these rules. You may delete your account at any time from the Community page.
Autonomy and privacy
ClearBuild does not intentionally use hidden psychological manipulation to obtain information or consent. We may use behavioral design to make research clearer and more useful, but users remain the decision-makers. We do not require private social-media passwords as a condition of ordinary use.
Security and responsibility
ClearBuild protects your account and data with access controls and secure servers. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. ClearBuild is not a lawyer, accountant, lender, architect, engineer, contractor, permit professional or financial advisor.
Legal terms
The complete accepted agreement includes limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, governing law, electronic acceptance, intellectual-property protections and other provisions. The production contract should be reviewed by qualified counsel before reliance as a final legal instrument.
