Franchise FDD Library
The numbers that matter from each brand's Franchise Disclosure Document, side by side: what it costs to open, ongoing fees, how fast the system is growing and whether the brand discloses unit financials. Every figure is tied to its own brand and its sources. See something outdated? Suggest an edit. Missing a brand? Add it.

How to use FDD data
Franchisees
Start with Item 7 (total investment) against your budget and loan size, then Item 6 (royalty plus brand fund) for ongoing costs. Item 20 shows whether units are opening or closing; Item 19, when provided, is the only place a franchisor can state unit financials. When a brand leaves Item 19 out, treat that as a signal: ask for unit-level performance data and call franchisees from Item 20 before you rely on any sales number.
Franchisors
See how your fees, investment range and disclosure compare with brands a South Florida candidate is also considering. If your listing is outdated, suggest an edit with your current FDD attached.
Brokers
Shortlist by investment range and category, compare up to four brands side by side, and send clients to the brand's Growth Map and Site Support Package with the same figures.
The FDD is a legal document franchisors must give prospects at least 14 calendar days before signing or paying (FTC Franchise Rule). ClearBuild summarizes public sources and user submissions reviewed by ClearBuild; it is not the FDD itself and not legal or financial advice. Always read the brand's current FDD with a franchise attorney.
