Community guidelines
- Be honest and civil. Criticizing a product, a service or an experience is welcome, even when you're upset. Attacking people is not.
- Speak from your own experience. Say what happened to you. Please don't state as fact that someone broke the law.
- Keep private details out. No phone numbers, emails, home addresses or the full names of staff.
- No ads or spam. Links from new members are reviewed by hand.
- How posts are checked. Every post is checked automatically before it appears. Posts that break these guidelines are held for a person to review. A post is never held just because it is negative. Anyone can report a post.
- Posts are public. Anyone can read them, including the brand. ClearBuild never shows your email. You keep ownership of what you write, and by posting you let ClearBuild display it here and share it.
